Pars Games Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
Pars Games and the games covered
This Privacy Policy covers the Pars Games website and Rally Front: Commander. Pars Games is an independent game studio based in Ankara, Türkiye. For privacy questions and requests, contact [email protected].
The games covered by this policy use local game storage without a Pars Games account or gameplay backend. They may offer Google AdMob advertising and in-app purchases through Apple or Google. Features available in development builds and on each platform can differ. This policy describes those services when enabled; it does not mean that every build offers every feature.
Progress stays on your device
Progress, preferences, virtual-currency balances, reward records and other game state are stored on your device. Depending on the game, this can include local player names, purchase entitlements, last-played times and recovery copies. Pars Games does not automatically receive these local saves and does not provide an account-based cloud-save service.
Our games do not use a separate Pars Games gameplay analytics or crash-upload backend. Advertising and store services can still process data as described below. Playing without a Pars Games account does not mean that those services process no information.
Optional ads and data processed by Google
Games with advertising use Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google’s User Messaging Platform manages consent and privacy messages. When consent settings permit requests, the SDK may initialise and load ads before you choose to watch a rewarded video. Not watching a video does not by itself prevent all advertising-related data processing.
Depending on platform, permissions and consent, Google may process your IP address and approximate location derived from it, device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and crash or performance diagnostics. These support ad delivery, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Non-personalised ads can also involve data processing.
Google and its service providers handle advertising data under Google’s policies and the applicable consent choices. Pars Games may receive advertising performance reports. Game progress is not uploaded to a Pars Games server to grant an ad reward; reward records can be kept locally to prevent duplicate grants.
Your advertising choices
Where required, Google presents consent or privacy choices. Use the ad privacy option in the game’s Settings or shop to revisit choices when that option is available. The exact label and available choices can vary by game, region and platform. Where offered, consent can be changed or withdrawn; withdrawal does not undo previous processing.
You can also use Android advertising privacy controls or iOS tracking controls. A tracking request, if used by a game, is separate from the advertising consent form. Non-personalised ads can still involve data processing. Opening this website does not change your in-game consent.
Ad personalisation, child-directed treatment and tracking settings may differ between games. The relevant in-game notices and store privacy disclosures describe the released configuration; this policy does not claim that every game uses personalised ads or the same child-directed settings.
In-app purchases through Apple and Google
Where available, purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Pars Games does not receive your payment-card or bank details. The game can receive product information, purchase status, transaction identifiers or receipts/tokens, and entitlement information to deliver an item, avoid duplicate delivery and restore eligible purchases.
The game keeps the purchase information it needs locally. Apple and Google maintain their own purchase and payment records under their policies and may provide sales reports to the developer. Deleting a game or resetting progress does not delete store transaction records, cancel a subscription or issue a refund. Manage purchases and any subscriptions through the relevant store.
Visiting this website
The Pars Games website uses no advertising, analytics scripts or third-party tracking pixels. Fonts and images are served with the site. There is no website account or registration form.
The hosting provider may process standard request information, such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser information, to serve pages and protect the service. Opening external links takes you to another provider, whose privacy policy applies there.
Information you send to support
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments you choose to include. We use these to answer your request, investigate problems and keep the related correspondence. Our email service processes these messages to deliver and store them. We do not add support contacts to a marketing list.
Please share only what is needed to explain the issue and remove personal information from screenshots. We do not need your password or payment-card details.
Why information is processed
Local game information is used to provide play, save progress, apply your preferences and grant rewards correctly. Support correspondence is used to respond to you and maintain secure, reliable support. Where consent is required for advertising-related processing, the relevant choices are presented through the consent service. Other processing may be needed to provide requested services, prevent misuse or meet applicable legal obligations.
Storage, security and international processing
Local progress and recovery copies remain in the app’s storage until removed. Email correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We review deletion requests individually; we do not promise a fixed retention period for data held by Google.
Google and our email provider may process information outside your country under their applicable safeguards and policies. Google states that its mobile ads data is encrypted in transit. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Device or operating-system backups are managed separately from the game.
Reset progress and request deletion
Some games provide a reset-progress action. Reset starts a new game but may leave local recovery copies; it is not necessarily a complete deletion of app storage. To remove local app data, use Clear storage on Android or Delete App on iOS. Offloading an app while retaining its data is not the same as deleting it. Manage operating-system or cloud backups separately.
There is no Pars Games account to delete. To request deletion of support correspondence or other personal information held by Pars Games, email [email protected] with the game name and “privacy request” in the subject. We may need limited information to identify your correspondence.
Resetting or deleting a game does not erase Google’s advertising records, withdraw consent or remove Apple/Google purchase records. Use the relevant provider’s privacy tools for records they hold independently. We can help identify which provider handles a request.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, including KVKK or GDPR where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal data held about you, object to certain uses or withdraw consent. You may also raise a concern with your local data-protection authority. Contact us using the address below so we can assess and respond to your request under the applicable rules.
Parents and guardians
Age ratings and advertising settings vary by game and are shown in the relevant store listing and in-game notices. We do not assume that one game’s child-directed advertising configuration applies to all games. If you are a parent or guardian concerned about information relating to a child, contact [email protected] and identify the game. Device privacy and parental controls are also available.
Changes to this policy
When our games’ data practices change, we update this page and its date. Material changes requiring additional notice or consent are communicated through the relevant in-game or platform flow.
